  • Web Scraping: Automated data extraction from online travel platforms, gathering essential details such as names, addresses, contact information, ratings, and reviews for hotels and restaurants. This comprehensive approach allowed us to process over 350K records with efficiency and precision.
  • Image Processing: Automated download of images followed by processing for clarity and consistency. Measures included text removal, adding random effects, and ensuring privacy by deleting identifiable persons.
  • Category Mapping: Internal category codes were mapped to primary keywords for automatic categorization of scraped data.
  • Data Normalization & Validation: Scripts were developed for data normalization, formatting, and deduplication, ensuring consistent and accurate information.
  • Automated Delivery: We set up automated delivery of the final product in CSV or JSON format, involving automatic updates to the database with new records and images.
