A fast-paced data solutions provider to several financial institutions professional firms and corporations, whose primary focus of operations were on locating and presenting critical risk and compliance details pertaining to Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti Money Laundering (AML) and other reference data services reached out to us when they required the solution to integrate external sources into their Regulatory Compliance platform (RC).

Challenges

Concurrent requests to customer’s Regulatory Compliance platform took much time for responding as well manual intervention is needed. The number of requests processed per minute is lesser in number. There was no notification system or email alert system for requesting the user to perform some actions. Platform downtime during weekdays to be minimized.

iPaaS solution was developed with the following functionalities,
•Task Management application designed and developed to send automated notifications to users.
• A dashboard was created to monitor job status, reports, trends, and high availability of the system.
•Seamless integration through RESTAPI with multiple third-party applications helped in reducing manual intervention and reduced wait time.
•Real-time data collection is made possible with optimized back-end processes.

TechMobius’s highly skilled team developed the Cloud-based Web Extraction Platform ‘Mobito’ that was configured and set up as an “Integrated Platform as a Service”(iPaaS). This enabled the Regulatory Compliance platform to ingest relevant content from a multitude of public sources to complete the KYC process. This aided in about 200 requests being processed per minute, which was significantly more than what was originally processed. All operations were automated and hence, efficiency and productivity increased multifold.
