Our Solution

To meet the challenges and fulfill our client’s requirements, we implemented an effective data aggregation solution using advanced automation techniques. Here’s how we achieved it:

  • Customized Data Scraping: We developed custom bots capable of scraping used car inventory data from four auto marketplace websites across the USA daily. The bots collected data such as dealer name, address, phone number, stock number, and vehicle details including VIN, make model, and year. This customized data scraping provided 250K inventory records daily.
  • Dealer Mapping and Duplicate Detection: We implemented a process to map dealers across websites by comparing their names and addresses. This helped avoid duplications in the aggregated data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Unique Car Identification: To ensure data accuracy, we compared VINs to identify unique cars in the inventory. This approach increased the reliability of the aggregated data.
  • Daily Data Delivery: The aggregated data was delivered to the client daily, enabling them to view all their sold cars across different zip codes and geographies. This provided comprehensive insights into their business operations.
  • Interactive Dashboard: We developed an interactive dashboard that allowed the client to analyze and compare data from multiple days. The intelligence routine embedded in our automation service enabled the client to gain valuable insights and showcase the tangible benefits of automation.
