During the data collection process, our team encountered website blocking mechanisms triggered by multiple pings, which hindered seamless data retrieval. The websites frequently underwent updates, resulting in regex mismatches and requiring periodic re-crawling and reconfiguration of the data retrieval process. Challenges included data variability, ambiguous or similar names, address discrepancies, data quality and completeness, and scalability.
