The manual process was inefficient and error-prone, especially when handling multiple results and extracting detailed case information. The client required a system to automate searches, accurately extract case details, manage legal documents, and ensure secure data storage within a user-friendly interface.

KYC-Focused User Interface: Developed a responsive and intuitive interface specifically for KYC verification. The interface allows users to easily input individual Name and Address and is optimized for compatibility across various browsers.
Automated Multi-Site Search and Case Aggregation: Implemented automation to initiate searches across multiple designated legal websites using the input parameters. The system efficiently aggregates and extracts crucial case details—such as case number, type, court details, and status—across these sources to ensure comprehensive and accurate KYC verification.

Legal Document Management: Integrated a mechanism to automatically download the final order PDF from any of the sites if available, or the latest interim order PDF if the final order is not accessible. These documents are securely stored in a database or file system for easy access and retrieval.
Accurate Result Handling and Validation: Added logic to manage cases with no results by displaying a ‘No Result’ message. For cases with multiple matches across different sites, a manual validation feature allows users to review and select the correct case, ensuring precise verification.
Security, Compliance, and Infrastructure: Implemented robust security measures to protect sensitive user data, ensuring full compliance with legal and ethical KYC standards. The application is hosted on the client’s premise/private cloud, utilizing the necessary scraping infrastructure for seamless operation and secure data management.
