Our solution

Federated search BOT of Mobius reduced the effort of obtaining information from multiple sources by restricting the search to the top 5 sources where all the required information is available.
Data from the Federated Search solution is cross-verified through Tele callers for higher accuracy and authenticity.
Batch QC tool developed by Mobius can run over 1000 validation rules in real-time to automatically identify and flag errors in data, format, and field logic set for each data point. It normalizes the data in the prescribed format. The tool addressed the oversight errors and reduced the associate rework by 90%.
