Problem Statement

A top provider of legal, government, business, and high-tech information sources, aimed to give its customers On-Demand regulatory information from around 100 different sources comprising about 50 million records to do their KYC. They also wanted dedicated support through all business days.

Our solution

Custom BOT Setup: We conducted a source study on all the 100 sources and custom BOTs were set-up and hosted on a platform that can crawl data from the sources based on keywords entered by the user.
API-Based Response Building: From the bot setup, it is suggested that responses are generated via an API based on aggregated search results from various sources. The response to the user’s API request is delivered within a strict 30 seconds time frame along with the result sets.
Regular Site Monitoring: Performed twice-a-day site monitoring to ensure all the BOTs are in Live status.
Consistent BOT Maintenance: In case of any Site updates or Blockaging issue, BOT upgrades were made within stringent SLA timelines and service were restored.
